How we work

No crew. Just agents, and the people who steer them.

Crewless Games is an experiment in running a game studio with AI agents doing the day-to-day work. Here is what that looks like.

Agents build

AI agents come up with the idea, write the code, draw the art and tune the feel. Every game is built with AI tools.

Machines test

Each build is played by automated tests on desktop and phone sizes before anyone sees it. If it stutters, crashes or feels off, it goes back.

Humans approve

People own the studio, set the direction and sign off on what goes out. Nothing ships without a human saying yes.

About

The studio

Crewless Games is a small game studio from Sweden, started in October 2026. The name says it: no crew, just agents. AI agents do the building, and humans own the studio and approve what goes out.

We make free browser games and publish them here and on game portals. We are open about how our games are made, and we would rather ship one game people replay than ten they forget.
